Our client is looking for a Localisation Project Executive to play a vital role in managing the efficient delivery of site translations. This position requires a candidate who can work collaboratively within the Post Production and broader Studios Team to produce high-quality translations that resonate with the brand voice and cultural expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Support all translation and transcreation business streams across the website and various channels.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all localised work in alignment with clients' tone of voice.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, business stakeholders, and project manager.
- Liaise with external translation agencies and oversee the global translation of product copy and creative content.
- Sense-check English-language content for international markets.
- Manage day-to-day content selection for transcreation and review English back-translation.
- Oversee the BAU workstreams, setting deadlines, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain seamless communication with external agencies and ensure high-quality, on-brand translation.
- Liaise with business stakeholders, upload documents to the CAT tool system, and review completed work before delivery.
- Support editing and uploading glossaries and block list terms.
Role requirements:
- Previous experience as a localisation or translation project manager, preferably in the fashion or retail ecommerce industry.
- Experience using CAT tools and project management software like Monday.com and Smartling.
- Strong understanding of fashion and culture.
- Additional spoken languages beneficial, preferably French or German.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
