The eCommerce Account Director will lead teams in delivering media planning and buying services specifically tailored for on-retailer campaigns. This role is centred around the strategic activation and management of search campaigns on platforms such as Citrus, Criteo, and Amazon. By leveraging data and insights, the Account Director will shape media strategies that drive measurable outcomes and suit the complexities of the modern marketing landscape. - Account Leadership & Delivery: Lead the team in delivering client-facing work and operational outputs to high standards while adhering to best practices.
- Strategic Planning & Business Understanding: Deeply understand client businesses and leverage insights to develop effective retail media strategies.
- Retail Media Platform Expertise: Provide expertise on Amazon, CitrusAd, and Criteo platforms for planning and performance optimisation.

Experience in media planning and buying for on-retailer campaigns, ideally within an agency or client team. Ability to interpret complex data and drive insights from multiple sources. Experience with media agency performance forecasting and planning is beneficial.
