About the role: We are seeking a highly agile, curious and experienced Contingent Workforce Solution Delivery Manager to join our operations team. This role is focused on delivering a seamless and effective client experience. You will be a key partner and the operational backbone for our valued clients, acting as an extension of their talent acquisition team. Your purpose is to embed yourself in their success, ensuring our contingent workforce solutions are well-managed and help them achieve their hiring goals. You will be encouraged to consistently ask, "How can we improve our service?" by refining our processes and using technology to deliver greater value.

Requirements:

  • A Customer-Focused Approach: You have experience managing projects or client accounts with a clear focus on understanding and solving their core business challenges.
  • A Builder's Instinct: You have a genuine interest in improving processes and are always looking for ways to build a better, more efficient system to serve clients.
  • Relevant Industry Experience: You have a background in or a strong passion for the contingent workforce management space. You understand the general landscape and are eager to apply your skills within it.
  • Natural Problem-Solving Skills: You are curious, enjoy tackling challenges, and are comfortable using technology and software to find practical solutions.
  • Strong Relationship Management: You have a talent for building rapport and communicating clearly with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Discovery Call with Talent Partner
  • 1st Stage call with James (Hiring Manager)
  • 2nd Stage - Take home task with 45min interview. (30mins presentation, 15 min Q+A)
  • Final Stage - Meet the team and other leaders interview.
