Rate: £200 - £230 per day depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Client Account Manager, who will have a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving the successful execution of media campaigns and contributing to the overall growth and success of the titles Sony Pictures releases throughout the year. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management, working internally with the client team and channel specialists across offline and digital channels. The role will include working on response to briefs for upcoming films, through to implementational planning, and managing the activation of campaigns. This role is client facing and requires strong presentation and client relationship building skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • The role requires a good understanding of digital and offline media channels. Whilst not a digital specific role, experience in planning video and social campaigns alongside offline channels (especially Outdoor) is a key requirement.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges and competitive landscape to provide strategic media advice.
  • Collaborate with the wider client and specialist teams to ensure all campaigns deliver to client objectives and are planned, implemented and reported upon effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans and alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
