About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager in the healthcare sector, you will lead end-to-end project management across complex multi-workstream healthcare or pharmaceutical projects. Your role is critical in ensuring that project deliverables and timelines are aligned with client expectations while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-workstream healthcare projects using Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or TFS.
- Partner with Client Services, discipline leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting, risks, and resources across multiple active client engagements.
- Track project progress and provide clear status reporting, escalation updates, and delivery recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams from strategy, creative, medical, technology, media, and client services to uphold delivery standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare or pharmaceutical projects within an agency setting.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or TFS.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
