Our client is seeking a Part-time Exhibition Designer to provide creative concepts and produce final artwork for our exhibitor space at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2026.

About the Role:

The objective of the exhibition stand is to highlight our clients excellence in cancer research and their capabilities in translation, commercialisation, and therapeutic innovation .

The AACR Annual Meeting will be held in San Diego, April 17-22, 2026 . This event covers the latest discoveries in cancer research and features work from leading institutions globally, serving as a key platform for our research-related brand objectives.

The organization is a global cancer charity focused on saving and improving lives through research . They make discoveries that lead to new and improved ways to combat cancer, working from lab to business to bedside . Through our international network of scientists, industry partners, and investors , we convert discoveries into tools, treatments, and diagnostics for cancer patients .

The primary audience for the exhibition will include:

  • Researchers (US, European, and international)
  • Pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • Research funders
  • Research institutions

Skills and Expertise Requested:

  • Skills: Concepting, Space Planning, Brand, Event design, Design, Exhibition design, Experiential.
