Our client is seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team dedicated to a well-known beauty brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand objectives. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives and work closely with clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and impactful results.
As an Influence Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the L’Oreal portfolio, and driving the best output from the Influencer Account Executives. You will support your Influence Business Director in instilling beneficial ways of working and planning ahead for future campaigns. This role also requires impressive management skills for client, internal team and projects to ensure all are consistently delivered to time and aligned to the required strategy.
Having an understanding around data, and experience with Traackr or similar influencer marketing platforms is highly desirable. We thrive and deliver a strong understanding to our clients of how to leverage these tools for influencer identification, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Lead globally recognised brands driving their share of influence within the UK market, and positioning them as a market leader.
Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences. Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from initial concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis. Lead and mentor a team of Influencer Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and successful campaign delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Be an effective leader, and brief team effectively at all times – considering deadlines, wider workload, how to manage the client and in turn be on hand for questions and briefing support.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Trend Analysis & Innovation: Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships. Strong experience in key stakeholder management. A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry developments and technology. Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
