Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to grow their EMEA creative account for one of their tech clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional campaigns, and leading a team of talented creatives. You will bring a bold vision and the ability to nurture talent to produce award‑winning work. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including account, strategy, and technology, to deliver outstanding work and expand business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver exceptional social‑first campaigns.
  • Develop and articulate brand platforms and playbooks.
  • Advocate for AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in creative work.
  • Nurture relationships with clients, maintaining influence and adaptability.
  • Manage a team and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Present and communicate creative concepts effectively.

Role requirements

  • Over 10 years of B2C experience in a Creative Director or similar role, especially within the tech sector.
  • In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow creative teams.
  • Experience in big brand social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and AI workflow integration.
  • Strong leadership skills with autonomy in managing projects and deliverables.
  • Experience in fast‑paced agency environments.
