Job overview: You’ll lead end-to-end Project Management across corporate reporting, campaigns and brand programmes - owning scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk, and quality from brief through delivery. Entrepreneurial and calm under pressure, you work seamlessly with creative, strategy, account, media, technology, and external partners to deliver integrated execution across digital, social, video/broadcast, experiential, and print. You’ll also contribute to a strong, inclusive culture and support new business with project management plans, estimates, and timelines.
What we’re looking for in a Project Manager:
- 4+ experience in project management in corporate reporting, and reporting tools such as CTRL Print or similar
- Experience in branding, marketing, digital or PR would be beneficial
- Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, colour space and other technical requirements of assets needed for print, digital and social & content platforms
- Experience in project management or content management software
- Previous agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred
- Expert in Excel and financial acumen
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to ‘sell’ ideas in an inspirational way
- A team player who can operate effectively under pressure and work to tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and own project resourcing for all projects, including project assignments, capacity, and change management
- Participate in project kick-offs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings as needed.
- Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standards.
- Create and analyse production and capacity reports.
- Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners
- Manage scope of content and communicate scope and timing fluctuations to all
- Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem-solve and multi-task
- Must possess exceptional organization, time management, excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize
- Proven ability to build relations and work effectively with many stakeholders
- Ability to work with global teams and adapt to cultural differences.
