We are looking for a technical AI writer, AI researcher, or engineer who is passionate about AI education and has a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs). Our mission is to empower individual learners and lecturers to develop AI knowledge and skills for driving high-impact and responsible AI solutions globally. A central theme throughout the curriculum's seven modules is Research and Responsible Innovation.
About the Role
You will support the development of learning activities for an online AI curriculum focused on LLMs. Your primary contribution will be to two specific modules: Module 2 (Representing Text Data) and Module 5 (Fine-Tuning). This role is initially scoped for eight weeks, requiring between 60-100% full-time equivalent (FTE).
Responsibilities
- Module 2 Development: Working with an online learning expert and a student researcher, you'll refine and further develop Module 2 to be launch-ready. This module is currently 80% complete and requires refinement and editing for a July launch.
- Module 5 Development: Collaborating with an online learning expert and student researchers, you'll develop Module 5 from the ground up.
- Content Review: Reviewing other modules produced by university AI Teaching Fellows and providing feedback on their content.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in AI education and curriculum development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with online learning experts and researchers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
