YunoJuno has partnered with a Renewable Energy company who are hiring for a Partnerships Development Manager on a freelance basis. This role sits in a fast-paced and autonomous corporate venture, Solar & Heating, whose remit is to re-establish and grow the renewables business. We need a high-energy Partnership Development Manager to own the "top of the funnel." You will be the bridge between our market ambitions and signed deals, identifying the right stakeholders and opening doors within sectors like Green Lending, Estate Agencies, and Trade networks.
What you’ll be expected to do:
- Top-of-Funnel Engine Room: Identify and research key decision-makers within target sectors, including Green Lending, Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents & others.
- Outreach & Meeting Generation: Execute high-quality outbound prospecting at pace to secure "pitch" meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Sector-Specific Pitch Development: Help design and tailor partnership propositions and commercial models—such as revenue share, referral fees, or white-labelling.
- Partner Onboarding: Support efforts to ensure partners are launched effectively and the transition from "signed deal" to "active lead flow" is seamless.
- Growth into Account Management: For the right candidate, take ownership of relationships, monitoring performance and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Pipeline Excellence: Maintain a meticulous CRM to ensure all discussions with potential prospects are tracked and progressed at pace.
