Location & Working Model: Flexible hybrid working model with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the London office.

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Social Account Manager to provide immediate delivery cover starting in July. This urgent requirement will support the wider team during a period of multiple staff transitions. You will work across an established portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients spanning financial services/asset management and global consumer goods/corporate.

  • Executing day-to-day management of Paid Social campaigns across client accounts, including setup, trafficking, optimisation, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting the Account Director in translating strategy into clear delivery briefs for specialist and offshore teams.
  • Coordinating closely with offshore delivery teams to maintain briefing quality, QA standards, and workflow processes.
  • Preparing and actively contributing to client-facing reporting and status communications.
  • Operating within strict compliance and governance frameworks specific to regulated financial services clients, where audience accuracy and process adherence are non-negotiable.

Solid, hands-on Paid Social campaign management experience, with technical expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with secondary platforms like YouTube, as well as paid search, is highly advantageous. Highly organised nature with strict attention to detail across budget management, campaign setup, and QA.
