About the role:
Our client are currently seeking an Affiliates Account Manager to work specifically on the Halfords account for a 3-month contract. The main focus is to enhance and grow the affiliate programme, ensuring the successful execution of strategies aligned with broader media channels.
You will be a strong relationship builder with experience of working with clients, networks, and publishers across markets and verticals, with a focus on retail. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
As an individual with a demonstrable passion for affiliate marketing, you will be responsible for:
- The development and continuing improvement of your client’s affiliate programme through high quality day-to-day management and leadership.
- Owning the processes and delivery of key affiliate management including reporting, status calls and quarterly business reviews, and aligning activity, budget, and strategy with wider media channels.
- Pushing the wider team forward with knowledge on key industry and agency tools, processes and analytics and using them to the benefit of our clients.
- Growing and maintaining close relationships with top industry publishers and seeking out opportunities with new partners.
- Striving for high-quality and accuracy across all deliverables, both internal and client facing for yourself and your team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully independently.
- Excellent organisation & strong attention to detail.
- Proficient user of MS Office and industry tools.
- Demonstrable experience of end-to-end affiliate and lead generation campaign management.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing trends.
- High level understanding of affiliate marketing and how this feeds into the wider media mix.
- Working knowledge of major affiliate networks and lead management platforms.
- Proven experience in a management or mentorship role.
