Location & Working Model: Flexible hybrid working model with an expectation of 2β3 days per week in the London office.
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to provide immediate, critical contract cover starting in July. Due to multiple upcoming team departures, quick onboarding and immediate impact are essential. You will oversee an active multi-sector portfolio featuring both B2B and B2C clients across global technology, financial services/asset management, and global consumer goods/corporate environments. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring independent operation and the maintenance of high standards of client service from day one.
- Acting as the senior day-to-day client contact across assigned accounts.
- Managing relationships at the Director level and above.
- Overseeing and coordinating onshore and offshore delivery teams while maintaining briefing, QA, and communication processes.
- Managing performance across active campaigns, overseeing budget tracking, and leading client-facing reporting cycles.
- Maintaining strict awareness of compliance and governance requirements relevant to regulated client environments.
- Supporting finance and scope management across active SOWs.
- Secondary platform experience, such as YouTube, is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrable AD-level experience, including senior client management, team and offshore coordination, and commercial accountability.
- A clear, confident communicator when dealing with clients, internal teams, and offshore resources.
Stage 1: An initial meet-and-greet to assess your background and experience. A practical assignment requiring the creation of 3β5 slides to demonstrate your ability to interpret a brief, which is essential for assessing client-facing communication and presentation skills.
