Expedia Group’s Partner Brand and Creative team is looking for a contract Creative Project Manager to support delivery across key marketing initiatives within our B2B line of business. You will sit on the Partner Creative PM team to drive a set of high-priority campaigns from intake through production and final delivery. Success in this role is measured by on-time execution, clear communication, and high-quality creative outputs, not long-term ownership of processes or planning. You’ll work across cross-functional teams including Partner Marketing, Product, and Digital Operations to ensure campaigns are organized, moving forward, and delivered without friction.

Key initiatives:

  • Rapid API Email Campaigns: Drive timeline, coordination, and delivery of a series of partner-facing email campaigns, ensuring alignment across copy, design, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Campaign Catalog (Sales Enablement Toolkit): Manage the development and packaging of a bundle of marketing assets used by the sales team, ensuring assets are complete, on-brand, and delivered in a usable, organized format.
  • Summer Reward Program Campaign: Coordinate a multi-asset campaign supporting seasonal partner incentives, including managing timelines, creative reviews, and production handoffs.
  • Travel Agent Automation Campaign: Oversee creative development tied to automation initiatives, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth execution across stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of assigned campaigns from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Build and manage clear, actionable timelines in Smartsheet.
  • Drive weekly progress tracking, flagging risks early and keeping projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate and run creative reviews, ensuring feedback is captured and actioned quickly.
  • Act as the central point of contact across stakeholders, creative teams, and partners.
  • Ensure assets meet requirements (specs, formats, approvals) before delivery.
  • Proactively identify blockers and keep work moving without escalation where possible.
  • Maintain organized documentation and final asset delivery/archiving.

What Success Looks Like by the end of the 3-month contract:

  • All assigned campaigns are delivered on time and production-ready.
  • Stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines and status.
  • Creative reviews and approvals run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assets are well-organized and ready for partner marketing use.
  • Minimal rework or delays due to gaps in coordination.
  • Remaining creative plans for the year are updated and forecasted.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years experience in creative project management (agency or in-house).
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, sales enablement assets).
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
  • Clear, concise communicator who keeps things moving without overcomplicating.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced with tools like Smartsheet (preferred), Jira, or similar.
  • Familiar with Agile/Waterfall workflows and adapting as needed.
  • Comfortable working with B2B marketing teams and translating campaign needs into actionable plans.
