As an eCommerce Account Director, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of your client accounts across platforms whilst operating as the main campaign activation point of contact for our clients. Utilising platform expertise and account management practices, you’ll ensure effective management of projects to brief, schedule and budget. Ultimately, you’ll work to deliver industry-leading eCommerce campaigns which exceed our clients’ expectations. The role will involve line management of more junior members of the team, overseeing their work and development to successfully deliver to client expectations.
About You:
- You are an established senior member within an eCommerce environment and a known experienced specialist in Retail and Commerce Media.
- You demonstrate to be proactive and inquisitive, and a real driver who inspires direct reports and peers alike.
- You are confidently challenging inherited ways of working with your own ideas for improvement and evolution that fit the overarching processes and vision.
Key skills:
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign set-up, management, optimisation and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
- Excellent understanding of the strategic and tactical application of eCommerce and digital marketing in general.
- Proficient in Amazon, Criteo, Citrus and an understanding of the main UK retailers (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, ASDA, Morrison’s, Ocado etc.) and Quick Commerce Partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc.).
- Experience with bid management platforms (Skai, Pacvue).
- Proven client facing experience.
- Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) would be a huge bonus!

Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Hybrid - London office (flexible days but ideally twice a week on-site)
