As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering secure, cloud-based IP solutions that meet customer requirements for operations, maintenance, and service reliability. Working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, you'll collaborate with internal and external experts to design, implement, and validate tailored solutions. You'll also project manage smaller-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle from bid stage to customer handover.
- Design and implement infrastructure and network solutions, including IP communications and cloud-based systems.
- Oversee system integration, validation, and acceptance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Project manage smaller initiatives, including financial forecasting and commercial oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, DevOps, Support, and PMs) to align solutions with business needs.
- Identify and drive process and product improvement opportunities.
- Provide clear technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel to customer sites and attend meetings, with overnight stays as required.
