Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure timely completion of work. Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally. Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed. Ensure your teams work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule. Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations. Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability. Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary. Monitor job costs, providing detailed breakdowns as required to meet budget targets.
