As an Associate Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be at the heart of our product portfolio, working on a variety of projects that span the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through to launch, ongoing support, and eventual end-of-life management. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business, from product development and market analysis to customer engagement and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PLM team to develop and communicate the product portfolio vision.
  • Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
  • Help create product roadmaps and support business case development.
  • Assist in the delivery of product marketing and communication materials.
  • Participate in customer and trade events, including presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
  • Support senior product managers with various tasks, including meeting preparation and documentation.
  • Assist with tendering and bid activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to present to audiences at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments.

Desirable Skills:

  • An engineering background or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology.
