We’re now looking for a skilled Electronics Production Technician to join our Surface Mount Technology PCBA production team. If you’re passionate about electronics, precision, and solving technical challenges, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high‑quality optical inspection of PCBAs using the latest inspection technologies
- Perform first‑line fault finding and rework to maintain high production yields
- Develop and refine Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) programs
- Maintain manufacturing traceability and quality records
- Support continuous improvement through structured root‑cause analysis
- Perform routine first‑line maintenance on production equipment
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain strong safety, organisation, and housekeeping standards in your production cell
