Do you want to make a difference with the work you do? Join us as a Sales Support & Tendering Coordinator, based in our new offices at Bournemouth Airport.
Responsibilities
- Manage the central Tendering mailbox, distributing time-critical bid notices and portal notifications to the relevant teams across the business.
- Support Tendering Managers with bid administration and tender submission activities.
- Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), supplier assessments and compliance documentation, collaborating with departments throughout the business.
- Maintain company registrations across tendering portals, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate annual accreditation renewals, supplier registrations and insurance documentation.
- Maintain a central repository of policies, certificates and supporting evidence used in tender submissions.
- Develop and update reusable content to support future tenders and quotations.
- Prepare quotations for Yunex Traffic and third-party products using approved pricing structures and templates.
- Support departmental onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Arrange procurement activities, equipment purchases, site access, meeting facilities and hospitality requirements as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a senior administrative, business support or coordination role.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working to challenging deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
- Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- NVQ in Business Administration or a related qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting tendering, bid management, procurement or commercial functions would be beneficial
