Responsibilities: • Develop, lead and manage the global Professional Services commodity (including Temp Labor, Contingent Workforce Management, Consulting, HR Services, Legal Advisory, etc.) • Align business needs and commodity strategies closely with relevant stakeholders • Design and implement an External Workforce Policy in collaboration with HR and Legal • Lead contracting strategy, including negotiation of framework agreements, NDAs, and terms & conditions • Conduct e-auction events and report on market trends, supply chain risks, and savings • Manage supplier lifecycle: prequalification, selection, qualification, and development • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global Commodity Team, including e-procurement tools and lean principles Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in Category or Commodity Management for Indirect Procurement in global, multi-site organisations • Strong background in professional services procurement (e.g. contingent workforce, temp labour, consulting) • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Proficiency in procurement suites (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools • University degree in law, business administration, or equivalent; MCIPS/CIPS preferred • Fluent English required; German language skills advantageous but not essential We offer: • 26 days holiday, increasing up to 29 days with length of service • Excellent pension, matching contributions up to 10% of pensionable salary • Annual, on-target bonus • Flexible benefits to suit your personal needs • Investment in personal development and support for professional memberships How do I apply?
