As a Contract Engineer/project delivery engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient local installations and maintenance operations.,
- Managing and developing your team in alignment with Yunex Traffic's management standards.
- Overseeing contractual performance to exceed expectations.
- Driving operational efficiency and resource optimization.
- Client communication
- Effectively plan, Co-ordinate and oversee installation and maintenance delivery.
- Maintaining quality control over subcontractors on-site.
- Coaching staff for safety and technical proficiency.
- Conducting regular health and safety audits. Experience in a team leader, supervisory or management environment
- Experience in a service, construction, highway or traffic signal related industry.
- Health and safety management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Project or contract delivery
