Associate Product Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the PLM team to develop and communicate the product portfolio vision.
• Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
• Help create product roadmaps and support business case development.
• Assist in the delivery of product marketing and communication materials.
• Participate in customer and trade events, including presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Support senior product managers with various tasks, including meeting preparation and documentation.
• Assist with tendering and bid activities.

Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to present to audiences at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments.

Desirable Skills:

• An engineering background or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology.

As an Associate Product Lifecycle Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our product portfolio, working on a variety of projects that span the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through to launch, ongoing support, and eventual end-of-life management. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business, from product development and market analysis to customer engagement and marketing.
