We are looking for a professional authentic South Indian chef with expertise working in a South Indian-style kitchen. Especially those who can prepare authentic Mughlai cuisine and common South Indian dishes using locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques. Sophisticated marinades, scattered stock, herbs, spice blends, and ingredient amalgamations crafted by our executive chef will be anticipated from you.

In addition to our standard recipes, you will be part of the planning of seasonal delicacies and cuisines. Additional responsibilities include managing food waste, frequently ordering supplies, executing quality checks, and adopting and guaranteeing compliance with cleanliness and health and safety regulations.
