The Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Lead to drive sales growth and manage key accounts. This is a hybrid role that blends new business development with account management, making it perfect for someone who thrives on both winning new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones. What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales & New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential retail and wholesale partners.
- Pitch Yumma Candy’s products to buyers and negotiate deals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to expand our distribution.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Ensure smooth order processing and top-tier customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) to support accounts.
- Support trade shows, sampling events, and in-store promotions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Track sales performance and provide insights to optimise strategies.
