Yume Nursery and Preschool is an enriching early years setting dedicated to fostering confidence, curiosity, and joy in every child. Guided by values of Nurture, Celebrate, Empower, and Reflect, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where each child is valued and encouraged to thrive. Our comprehensive curriculum includes daily Spanish, creative dance, and sports coaching, along with weekly football and tennis sessions led by qualified specialists. Conveniently located near Wandsworth Park, we incorporate nature into our daily outdoor explorations, using the environment as an extended classroom. At Yume Nursery, we collaborate with families to unlock every child's potential and grow dreams together.

This is a full-time Nursery Educator position based on-site in the United Kingdom. The Nursery Educator will create and implement engaging learning activities aligned with the curriculum, promote a nurturing and inclusive environment, and support the developmental needs of children. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing daily schedules
  • Observing and documenting children's progress
  • Fostering communication with families
  • Ensuring the children’s safety and well-being
  • Contributing to the collaborative and reflective culture of the nursery

Qualifications:

  • Experience in early years education, child development, and curriculum implementation
  • Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with children, families, and team members
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fostering learning and growth in young children
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and reflect on practices to improve learning experiences
  • Relevant early years qualification (Level 2 or 3 or above preferred) or equivalent experience
  • First Aid, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety certifications are desirable
  • Proficiency in promoting inclusive education and valuing diversity within a classroom setting
