We’re the largest Mexican-inspired quick service brand (QSR) globally. This position is based in the UK office and is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for results. In this role, you will:

  • Automate demand forecasts at SKU level in Power BI for short, medium, and long-term planning.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources including supplier reports, sales forecasts, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as cost of sales, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, stock levels, and weeks cover.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Supply Chain leadership team.
  • Create comprehensive commercial reports providing visibility of stock across the network.
  • Review historical data, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical models, and evaluate forecast accuracy.
  • Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and support strategies across Business, Marketing, Logistics, and Production to meet market needs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Buying Teams to ensure optimal stock placement to meet customer requirements at distribution centers.
  • Work with Marketing and Finance to refine and publish the total business demand plan.
  • Generate insights from forecast analysis to drive continuous supply chain improvements.
  • Incorporate market intelligence into demand planning.
  • Lead promotional forecast planning at SKU level.
  • Support cost modeling for new market entries.
  • Work with Procurement to streamline processes.

  • Support prioritization and coordination of initiatives.
  • Integrate projects to achieve supply chain goals.
  • Manage project lifecycle activities, including documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain KPI scorecards for project performance.
  • Use project management tools to track progress.
  • Promote a proactive, collaborative mindset within project teams.
  • Support digital transformation strategies aligned with Yum! Global.
  • Implement and support inclusive supply base strategies.
  • Ensure timely project completion and effective handovers.
  • Coordinate process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in data gathering for inflation outlooks and commercial impacts.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively and provide regular updates.
  • Address ad hoc business requirements as needed.
