Own and deliver reliable, timely sales reporting and foundational analytics for the Germany business, ensuring continuity of critical commercial insights and supporting decision-making across Commercial, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting & Business Performance Tracking
    • Own weekly sales reporting & commentary
    • Support monthly business review reporting
    • Deliver clear, concise performance commentary (trends, risks, opportunities)
    • Present data in internal weekly/monthly forums (as needed)
  • Data Management & Integrity
    • Maintain and validate POS data (daily/weekly checks for completeness & accuracy)
    • Ensure correct product/item mappings and data hygiene
    • Maintain master datasets (store list, product files, aggregator mappings)
  • Aggregator & Channel Performance Reporting
    • Extract and manage data from aggregator platforms
    • Track and report channel performance (sales, mix, trends)
    • Support analysis of aggregator initiatives and promotions
  • Commercial Analytics & Insights
    • Conduct basic to intermediate analysis on:
    • Promotions & PPNOC initiatives
    • LTO performance (sales mix, uplift)
    • Channel profitability (e.g., aggregators vs in-store)
    • Support ad hoc business questions (performance trends, anomalies, seasonality)
  • Financial & Operational Support
    • Support monthly sales data preparation for invoicing (in coordination with Finance)
    • Assist in cost of sales (COS) analysis for upcoming promotions
    • Provide store-level reporting to Operations and Development teams

Qualifications

  • Must-have
    • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, basic modelling)
    • Experience with data reporting and performance tracking
    • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources
    • Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
    • Ability to translate data into simple insights
  • Nice-to-have
    • Power BI familiarity
    • Basic SQL understanding
    • Experience in retail/QSR/aggregator environments
    • English language proficiency
