Own and deliver reliable, timely sales reporting and foundational analytics for the Germany business, ensuring continuity of critical commercial insights and supporting decision-making across Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting & Business Performance Tracking
- Own weekly sales reporting & commentary
- Support monthly business review reporting
- Deliver clear, concise performance commentary (trends, risks, opportunities)
- Present data in internal weekly/monthly forums (as needed)
- Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain and validate POS data (daily/weekly checks for completeness & accuracy)
- Ensure correct product/item mappings and data hygiene
- Maintain master datasets (store list, product files, aggregator mappings)
- Aggregator & Channel Performance Reporting
- Extract and manage data from aggregator platforms
- Track and report channel performance (sales, mix, trends)
- Support analysis of aggregator initiatives and promotions
- Commercial Analytics & Insights
- Conduct basic to intermediate analysis on:
- Promotions & PPNOC initiatives
- LTO performance (sales mix, uplift)
- Channel profitability (e.g., aggregators vs in-store)
- Support ad hoc business questions (performance trends, anomalies, seasonality)
- Financial & Operational Support
- Support monthly sales data preparation for invoicing (in coordination with Finance)
- Assist in cost of sales (COS) analysis for upcoming promotions
- Provide store-level reporting to Operations and Development teams

- Head of Commercial FP&A and Finance teams (local & Global)
- KFC Germany (limited, during transition only)

Qualifications
- Must-have
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, basic modelling)
- Experience with data reporting and performance tracking
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
- Ability to translate data into simple insights
- Nice-to-have
- Power BI familiarity
- Basic SQL understanding
- Experience in retail/QSR/aggregator environments
- English language proficiency
