Is this you?

• 5+ years in restaurant technology or IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of integrated restaurant systems and digital ordering environments.
• Skilled in vendor management and technical problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator who partners effectively with operators and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in German & English.

The Restaurant Technology Lead is responsible for deploying, supporting and evolving YUM!’s restaurant technology ecosystem in Germany. You will ensure all systems — POS, KDS, back-of-house, payment platforms, kiosks, delivery integrations and security tools — are implemented smoothly and maintained to global standards.

• Technology Deployment & Implementation
  • Lead deployment of all restaurant systems, including POS, KDS, BOH, kiosks, payments and delivery integrations.
  • Manage system configuration, installation, testing and go-live readiness.
• IT Service Delivery & Incident Management
  • Provide technical support for restaurant operators and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Build and maintain IT service processes, documentation and SLAs to support scaling.
• Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage technology vendors and third-party partners, ensuring performance and SLA delivery.
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches and lifecycle management.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Yum Global Security, PCI and data protection requirements.
  • Maintain secure, resilient system configurations across all restaurants.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Development to ensure tech enables great guest experience and operational excellence.
  • Support planning and governance for market expansion.
