THE TEAM Our Commercial Finance, Data & Transformation team helps our Procurement and Brand Supply Chain teams make better decisions, unlock value and build a smarter, more connected Supply Chain. By combining commercial insight, trusted data and modern ways of working, we enable teams to focus on delivering the right products, at the right cost, for our restaurants and customers across Europe. We partner closely with Procurement, Brand Supply Chain, Finance and Global teams to modernise reporting, strengthen governance and embrace AI, automation and digital tools that simplify work and improve decision making. About The Role As a Commercial & Business Analyst within the Yum! Europe Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, you will turn complex commercial, financial and operational data into clear insights that support better business decisions. You'll own recurring reporting, business case analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, helping simplify processes, improve data‑driven decision making and drive value creation across a diverse stakeholder network.

What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?

  • Own commercial, financial and operational analysis, building scenario models and providing recommendations that support business and operational decision making.
  • Deliver financial analysis and benefit tracking for savings initiatives, business cases and value creation programmes, ensuring assumptions, risks and ownership are clearly documented.
  • Produce and continuously improve recurring reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance packs, providing clear commentary on business performance and key movements.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, templates and self‑service solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Monday.com and AI‑enabled tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and standardise ways of working through better documentation, governance and process design.
  • Partner with Data, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations and PMO teams to deliver analytical support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, stakeholder‑ready insights, recommendations and actions.
  • Support the adoption of new reporting tools, processes and best practices through knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.

Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, FP&A, procurement, supply chain, transformation or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience owning reporting, analysis, financial models or business case development in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong experience working with Excel and financial data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence decision making through data‑driven insights.

Desirable

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Procurement or Cost of Goods environments.
  • Exposure to forecasting, savings governance, value creation, dashboarding and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using Power BI, Power Query, Monday.com, Power Automate or AI‑enabled productivity tools.
  • Qualified or part‑qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent commercial finance qualification.
