As a key member of the Talent and Culture team, the HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders. They provide and execute strategic solutions that support company objectives, provide comprehensive HR support to employees, and foster a positive work environment.
This role is for a fixed-term period of 12 months - you would be reporting into the HR Director for YUM! and you will be partnering with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and his Global Senior Leadership team who sit across the UK, EU, US, Singapore, Africa.
