Business Analyst - Byte Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with the ability to lead an agile scrum team and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Scrum Leadership: Lead and manage an agile scrum team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that they align with project goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading agile scrum teams and business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
