We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our foundational team in London. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the early hires supporting YuJa’s UK expansion and helping establish our presence in the EMEA market. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients across the Education, Government, and Healthcare sectors. You will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to generate new business opportunities while developing the skills needed for long-term success in SaaS sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is excited about building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to a growing international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting initiatives.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within higher education institutions, government organizations, and healthcare providers across the UK and EMEA markets.
- Schedule qualified online product demonstrations and meetings for Account Executives on a consistent basis.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency with prospective clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of YuJa’s products, value propositions, and target markets.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data using Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Conduct market research and account mapping to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, product training, and professional development programs.
- Represent the company professionally in conversations with prospective clients and at networking or industry events where applicable.
- Contribute to the growth of the London office culture as part of an expanding UK team.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- A strong interest in performance-based sales and career growth within a SaaS organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
- Resilient, coachable, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
- Comfortable working on-site and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
- Based in London or the surrounding areas and able to work on-site.
- You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Working Arrangement
