Yugo is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Oxford with hybrid working. The role reports to the Head of Finance and involves managing high-value debt, running bi-weekly debtor meetings, and ensuring timely payments across customer accounts.
You will engage with customers via phone, email and written correspondence, investigate disputes, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Legal teams to improve cash flow.
