Join our dynamic team as a Service and Sales Assistant at Yugo. Based in our state‑of‑the‑art student accommodation in central Norfolk, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering friendly, professional support while contributing to our sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences.
- Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents (e.g., power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations), resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary.
- Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are fully occupied and all marketing channels are used to their full potential.
- Follow and implement all operating procedures.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents is always maintained.
- Organise, promote and communicate social events for residents.
- Manage day‑to‑day health and safety responsibilities in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels.
- Personable and genuine passion for engaging with people.
- Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
