  • Use your advanced knowledge of safety, security, compliance, and building management to ensure core operating procedures are adhered to, followed up on, and we are providing a safe secure home to our students.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers – again here is that winning personality!
  • Be a smooth operator and ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround.
  • Along with the day-to-day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc.
