We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and are looking for a Night Service Assistant to join our team in the heart of Bournemouth. Night Service Assistants oversee safety and security of residences during the night and are the first point of contact for students living with us.
Evenings are busy, so you will need to be attentive and monitor residents to ensure their safety.
Responsibilities
- Cover the front desk and respond to student inquiries
- Assist with check-in and check-out of student rooms
- Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy and well maintained
- Get involved with wellbeing and social events
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for students
- Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in applicable law and cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters
- Ensure students are safe, secure and supported
Qualifications
You’ll need to be computer savvy, switched on and approachable, and naturally a night owl. Some experience in security will be advantageous.
