Responsibilities
- Keep communal areas and rooms clean and tidy.
- Deep clean vacated rooms and kitchens between tenancies.
- Cover the front desk on occasion.
- Hand out parcels.
- Assist with summer turnaround.
- Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on cleaning and safety.
- Strong eye for attention to detail.
