We are recruiting for a reputable organisation based in Nottingham for the position of a Residential Social Care Worker in a four-bedded children's home and must be required to drive.

A successful Residential Social Care Worker must have:

  • Experience of working with children.
  • Experience of working in a child's residential home (desirable).
  • Level 3 Diploma in residential child care (desirable).
  • Must have a driver's license.

Required:

  • Right to work documents.
  • 2 x ID (1 photo ID).
  • 1 x utility bill within the last 3 months.
  • Proof of address.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Full work history given.
  • DBS from birth county if born out of UK.
  • 2 x references, 1 from previous employer.

Rota - Two shift patterns: 7.00am - 3.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm. All staff will need to complete a week's induction before lone working can commence with children, this will be 9:00-17:00. We prefer to use regular workers to enable relationship building with children.
