Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Physics Engineer to join our London team. In this role, you will execute all building physics activities for specific projects and tenders while collaborating closely with our teams in Shenyang, Basel, and London. You will be a key player in ensuring technical excellence and value engineering in all façade engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Lead building physics activities for projects and tenders.
• Support glass selection and develop detailed glass schedules.
• Conduct thermal and condensation risk assessments.
• Apply CWCT methodologies for embodied carbon calculations.

Client Relations

• Support project and sales teams in all FE‑BP related issues.
• Provide expert guidance during tender and project stages.

Team & Process Management

• Ensure FE‑BP team efficiency and adherence to internal technical processes.
• Oversee value engineering, ensuring projects meet budget, program, and specification requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Strong engineering knowledge, with human management capability preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across international teams.
• Willingness to travel in Europe 10–15% of the time.
