Yuanda Europe Ltd. is a team of experienced facade professionals specializing in the design, engineering, management, and execution of large-scale commercial and residential projects. With offices in Basel and London, we oversee projects across the UK, Switzerland, France, and Sweden. Supported by one of the world's largest and most advanced manufacturing facilities, we provide innovative, CE-certified, and cost-effective solutions to the European market.

The Bid Manager is responsible for the end-to-end preparation and submission of Budget and Tender pricing documents, liaising with the bidding team, presenting the bid to clients, and securing new contracts. This position reports directly to the Sales Director.

  • Raise Yuanda Europe project numbers via the set procedure
  • Prepare proposed project programme
  • Prepare and distribute contract documents for review by contract and commercial Directors
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Ability to interface internally with Estimators, Project Managers, and Commercial Managers, and externally with Suppliers
