Location (working): Field / Remote
Working hours: 40 hours per week, flexible between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Yu Smart are looking for a Quality Auditor (QA) to join our innovative business. As a Quality Auditor you will utilise relevant technical experience to support successful and compliant metering works; solutionising challenges toward positive installation performance and ensuring that the knowledge and understanding of field staff is in full adherence to business and industry requirements and expectations. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of work is to the required standard.
- Enhanced vetting of installation and verification quality.
- Providing technical support in field and via technical support desk.
- Provide in-centre training, assessments & trade tests.
- Help facilitate the delivery of a seamless customer experience for our client(s).
- Undertake detailed investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Create and deliver high-level tailored coaching and mentoring.
- Develop processes and procedures.
- Out of hours support (ad-hoc).

Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience; CMA1 + MET1 (or equivalent); Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent); Three-Phase; Metering – Auditing.
Desirable:
- REGT1 – Medium Pressure regulators;
- MET4 (or greater) – Commercial Gas metering;
- Current Transformer (CT) / Half-Hourly (HH).
Additional Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence;
- Pass a colour blindness test;
- Pass a DBS check.
