Project Scheduling Support Analyst
Department: YUS – 1010 – Operations Support
Location: Leicester
Compensation: £26,000 – £28,000 / year
Reports to: Scheduling Delivery Lead
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday–Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rotation basis

The Project Scheduling Support Analyst provides specialist support across major business projects, new customer onboarding, and scheduling exception management. The role ensures large or complex bookings are planned effectively, project requirements are integrated into operational delivery, and the scheduling team is supported with analysis, troubleshooting, and ad‑hoc cover where required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the planning and coordination of major business projects and new customer onboarding, ensuring operational readiness across scheduling and field teams.
- Provide administrative and planning support for large scale onboarding, including documentation, exception handling, and system updates.
- Support scheduling on an ad‑hoc basis as required.
- Assist in managing scheduling exceptions and complex bookings that fall outside standard BAU processes, including high level complaints.
- Monitor plans and bookings for successful outcomes, escalating risks to minimise rework or customer disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of project and scheduling activity to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt processes for bespoke customer or project requirements.
- Customer contact as required within the role and business.
- Proactively communicate with engineers and stakeholders to manage changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems and ensure data integrity.
- Escalate resourcing issues and propose solutions to maintain service levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, customer service, DNO, and field management to enable successful planning and execution.
- Take ownership and accountability of failed or at‑risk appointments, engaging the correct internal/external stakeholders to drive resolution (e.g. locksmiths, DNO).
- Analyse scheduling exceptions and act swiftly to resolve blockers (e.g. access issues, technical flags, route constraints).
- Manage and optimise daily and weekly engineer schedules using Field Force software (Salesforce FSL).
