As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and play a pivotal role in shaping our talented team.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to join our team and take charge of our recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-paced recruitment and selection, a keen focus on return on investment, and the ability to lead and manage a team of three recruitment professionals.

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, leveraging various recruitment channels, and ensuring that our talent acquisition efforts align with the company's growth objectives. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for leading a small team within our busy and thriving office.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Coordinate interviews, Assessment days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
  • Meet targets and KPIs set in conjunction with the Group HR Director.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, job fairs, partnering with local colleges and universities and professional networks.
  • Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
  • Think outside the box to foster a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge to assess opportunities for recruitment.
  • Position Yü Group as an employer of choice by driving initiatives that enhance Yü Group’s reputation.
  • Work closely with the HR team to foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between recruitment and broader people strategies to achieve shared goals.
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of managers. Attend interviews where necessary on Teams or in person.
  • Work with select recruitment agents on our preferred supplier list. Review CVs and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly and ongoing forecast updates to the Group HR Director on all current live vacancies and talent pipeline.

If you have what it takes you could be just what we’re looking for:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification (Desirable).
  • Trained in recruitment psychometrics tools.
  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing a team and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of field-based workers would be advantageous.
