Job Description

Description Reports to: Head of Technology Location: Nottingham Office-Based (one day a week working from home once probation is passed) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week Salary: £24,570 - £27,500 per annum plus benefit Due to our continued expansion and as part of our Technology estate, we are looking to recruit a Junifer System Administrator to join our team based in Nottingham (Hybrid working). As a member of the Technology team, you will be working with key stakeholders within the business to get the very best from our existing and new functionality of our Junifer Tool. Communication is key, you will need to actively engage with the business and project teams to understand their needs and work collaboratively to deliver optimal solutions.

What We Need from Yü Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Entry-level experience in Application Support/ System Admin role. Environment management ensuring the stack is correctly governed and managed to ensure projects and CI/CD initiatives are correctly deployed to time and budget.

Be customer centric to ensure the business and project teams have an excellent user experience. Excellent communication skills Manage service transition from the programmes into BAU Experience of undertaking application upgrades and ensuring the business are aware of new features and enabling through the environment stack Ability to reconcile and resolve exception work as highlighted by system users and project stakeholders Creation of system task and process control documentation for system configurations processes About Yü If you have what it takes you could be just what we’re looking for… Essential Requirements: Manage all user profiles and license allocations Provide first line support to the business for open issues and be the first point of contact to third party support teams. Administer the Junifer system ensuring the solution and all environments are operational and supported at all times.

Co-ordinate any developments and service tickets where relevant with the thirdparty support and development teams Undertake configuration changes to the system and deploy. Ticket management and prioritisation of activities Attention to detail to ensure the business receive optimised solutions that meet the organisational need. Receive and co-ordinate the implementation of relevant changes delivered through Junifer/ Gentrack Release Notes, ensuring the business are aware of new features being delivered.

Mentor junior members of the team to support their skill set development. Co-ordinate testing of new releases, features and functions with the business and other project teams. Experience of undertaking/ managing Data Cleanse and Data Migration activities Experience of understanding licence management and manage license allocations and user profiles in line with our contractual obligations.

Work with Technology Business Change Manager to ensure changes are successfully communicated and trained into the business. Strategic Duties: Application Administration and Support Project support Create governance to support change and deployment into the applications.
