We\’re looking for talented and ambitious engineers to join our rapidly growing business. This is not just any dual fuel metering opportunity – we are reinventing the role and the opportunities and reward that come with it! If you\’re an engineer who is also effective at building relationships with customers, your destiny could lie with us. We want engineers capable of delivering a variety of positive outcomes to our customers and business, focused on quality with safety paramount. This role is working predominately in the commercial sector. Upon joining us you will be upskilled to:
- Three phase
- Medium pressure
- Helping our customers avoid or recover from debt situations (We conduct friendly customer collaborative field visits to resolve customer debt issues to try and minimize Warrant work).
- Alternating between attending Warrants as the engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer (never solo)
We also have opportunities to upskill to:
- Half Hourly / CT Metering
- Gas U16 – U40
- Technical Lead
- Quality Assessor
- Regional Field Manager
Key Responsibilities
- A \’can-do\’ attitude, someone not afraid to participate in a variety of field metering activities focused on positive customer outcomes
- Responsible for the safe installation, exchange, commission, removal and ongoing maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment and communication systems
- Undertake friendly Debt Resolution Visits with the aim to fit a Smart Meter and collect outstanding debt (dedicated back-office support team to support you).
- Undertaking Warrant Officer visits to resolve debt (dedicated back-office support team to support)

Essential Qualifications / Experience
- Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) Experience
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)

- MET4 – Small commercial gas metering
- Current Transformer (CT)
- Three Phase
- REGT1-Medium Pressure
