In the role of Portfolio Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and long‑term value across a portfolio of Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) within the SME and Mid‑Market sectors.
You will bring experience in building strong, trust‑based relationships, with a proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the business utility sector.
You will work closely with your TPI partners to ensure our brand proposition and products are seamlessly embedded into their customer journey, resolving any challenges efficiently and effectively.
Acting as a key point of contact for Yu Energy, you will support your partners’ ongoing performance, build strong networks within each organisation, and create additional value through regular engagement, support, and collaboration.
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you will collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to provide pricing and service support when required.
This offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise and gain exposure to some of our larger and more complex accounts.
As a Portfolio Account Manager at Yü Energy, your primary responsibility is to take accountability for leading the engagement of our Business Account Customers.
From the moment a prospect agrees to become a Yü customer, you will manage the end‑to‑end interaction throughout their lifecycle.
Your focus will be on onboarding performance, billing, revenue management and cash management performance and Smart Install bookings.

- Accountable for managing Business Account customers accounts, including onboarding, billing, revenue management performance, and cash management performance.
- Strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry and business and impeccable delivery and client engagement.
- Develop and manage key strategic relationships across key clients and stakeholders to drive successful engagement programs.
