Yü Group PLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong payroll focus to join our Leicester team.
You will manage payroll administration, right-to-work checks, sponsorship compliance, and ER casework, while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
Reporting to the Group HR team, you will support induction, recruitment, and onboarding, using People HR and Paycircle to streamline workflows and reporting.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
